Julie de Puymorin is an investor and former operator with more than 15 years of experience combining hands-on industrial leadership with private equity and venture investing. Throughout her career in North America, London, France and now Madrid, Julie has worked alongside founders, management teams and institutional investors to build companies through organic growth, acquisitions and international expansion.


She spent nine years at Arkadin, a family-founded telecom and collaboration company, contributing to its scaling from €100M to €300M in revenue through to its acquisition by NTT Group. As Customer Operations Director for North America she led a team of over 100 people and integrated three acquired businesses; as VP M&A and Internal Audit she executed two cross-border acquisitions and oversaw the group's internal audit function.


Since 2018 she has been an active direct investor, and since 2021 has led origination and investments in Nouvelle-Aquitaine for Newfund Capital, where she has invested in six companies and contributed to the fund's own fundraising. She holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School.
